DESCRIPTION
The system is designed to interface to Spirax CP10 conductivity and Pt100 temperature sensors and to provide mains AC outputs to drive suitable valves; the system will accept 230/110 Vac input.
The primary functions are: -
Surface (TDS) Blowdown control (SBD)
Timed bottom blowdown (BBD)
Pulsed output control for steam valve (POP)
The bottom blowdown valve and the steam header valve inputs have provision for micro-switch feedback which indicate to the controller the success or failure of the valve opening.

When a valve fails the alarm LED is illuminated.
SMS Alarm Functions
The system will allow for 2 external inputs and when an alarm occurs it sends an SMS message to a specified phone number.
Software
The unit communicates locally or via a modem link with AQUAnet software so the status of the boiler can be monitored from any remote location.
